Shipping policy

Processing time
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Many of our products ship directly from the US brands that make them, so an order with items from different brands may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.

Delivery time
Most US orders arrive in about 5–12 business days after they ship. Delivery times can be longer during holidays and peak seasons.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on orders of $35 or more through November 30, 2026, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.

For other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your address. Many items ship free with standard shipping, and paid shipping starts at $3.99. Faster options are available on many items. You will always see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If your order arrives in more than one package, you'll get a tracking number for each one.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or delayed packages
