Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right at no cost to you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used beyond inspection, or where the safety seal has been broken and the product substantially consumed, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at ayyub0224@gmail.com.
